Code of conduct Academy and Tribe
This code of conduct lays out what we expect from members of the Creative Start-Up Academy and the Tribe.
The Creative Start-Up Academy is a growing community devoted to explore innovative and creative approaches to entrepreneurship as a way of life. We are creators! We create the world we want to live in – for ourselves and others!
We are creating successful businesses whilst having fun along the journey and creating lasting relationships across the globe. We are on the same path, give live support and are an encouraging community that supports and learns from each other sharing knowledge and feedback in a safe environment.
The founder, Christine, knows that the success of a start-up is also dependent on your network, knowledge and your team. We all have to work together! We can maximise our impact on well-being and richness with kindness and collaboration!
Our values are:
Happiness > Authenticity > Honesty > Professionalism > Passion > Making a difference > Integrity > Fun > Commitment > Creativity > Environment > Kindness
Every member of the Academy and Tribe brings value to it, and we want all members to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Accordingly, all members are expected to show respect and courtesy to other members.
As the Creative Start-Up Academy is multicultural with people from around the globe with different cultures and behaviours.
We expect every member to care about differences, be respectful, friendly and open to meet new people. All you have to be aware of is that the different cultures also mean different methods of communicating. This might include more abrupt, shorter sentences, different ways ending a conversation and simpler sentence structure. Also, keep in mind that English is not the first language for a lot of the members.
The Creative Start-Up Academy aims to connect people and you therefore will have to expect that people will connect with you online and at events.
What we give you:
- Knowledge what to do next
- Live interaction
- Actionable advice – not just the theory but actually how to do it
- Knowledge how to prioritise
