The 3 Pillars of Leadership
Recently, I published the new book ‘3 Pillars of Leadership’ with the help of Katharina Anna Klumpp – a Leadership expert.
In this blog post I want to outline what the 3 pillars are and why we have written this book and also why you should read it 😊
Maybe you are an entrepreneur that has recently acquired the role of a leader? Maybe you grew your team and are now a bit overwhelmed wondering how to lead a team in a healthy and efficient way? Or maybe you want to lead yourself better and adapt more authentic leadership styles? My book “3 Pillars of Leadership” is a practical guide that will help you with that.
There are so many models in leadership and leadership trainings out there and I want to make it easy for you by guiding you step-by-step through the 3 pillars of leadership.
Being a better leader for the company, yourself and your team comes with many benefits – here are just a few:
- Provides focus and drives the team forward
- Empowers team members to work at their full potential
- Takes responsibility for decision-making
We decided to divide it into 3 main pillars:
- Company Leading
- Self-Leading
- Team Leading
All three pillars are very important to look at when you are talking about leadership skills. The peculiarity of entrepreneurs is that they are entrepreneurs and leaders at the same time.
The first pillar ‘Company Leading’ deals with aspects of the company such as values, culture, feedback, communication, vision, goal setting and the brand.
The second pillar ‘Self-Leading’ will help you to understand your authentic self, your personal visions and goals as well as what is motivating you before going into confidence and wellbeing.
The third pillar ‘People Leading’ supports you with improving your communication with your team, giving feedback, having conversations, looking into motivation and wellbeing as well as the strengths of your team and last but not least productivity and time management.
In the next few blog posts we will also go deeper into each of the 3 pillars of leadership. If you want to know more about the book or get a copy of it, you can find more here.
