Christine was born and raised in Berlin, Germany but came over to the UK in 2010. She has worked in marketing and advertising before she decided to start her own business. Now she is the Marketing and Creative Start-Up Coach, helping people to start their own business and market it successfully. She works with individuals, universities and small businesses across Europe. Gavin, the unicorn is the co-founder of the Creative Start-Up Academy. He is assisting with explaining exercises and keeping you entertained during the online courses and videos. In 2019 Christine decided to leave the UK and is living the Digital Nomad lifestyle now.

My mission in life is to help you through every phase of your start up journey and love your life. It makes me happy seeing someone progressing and getting results.

Once you have bought access to the Academy you will have immediate access to it – 24/7 (unless there is maintenance going on). Each online course in there consists of pre-recorded videos and a workbook that you can download. In the Academy there are monthly live webinars, weekly lives, an activity stream to ask questions, FAQ videos, 7-day challenges and much more. Each course is easily structured so that you can follow and work through in your own time. The videos are done in a way, so that you watch a video and then work through what you have just learned using the workbook.

It is very important that you understand what Coaches do and don’t do.

So, what do I do and how do I do it?

• I will help you to start up your own business and to get results.
• I will support you by being there for you.
• I will assist you to firstly define concrete goals, and then secondly to accomplish them.
• I will help you to get structure into your start up journey and market it successfully by using coaching, questioning and NLP techniques
• I will challenge you by asking you questions. But, don’t worry,  you will have the answers to them – even though you may think you don’t.
• I will assist you to explore options that you may not have thought of.
• I will define an action plan with you so that you always know what to do next.

What don’t I do?

• Coaches are not Mentors, Counsellors or Therapists.
• We do not go to the root of an issue. We uncover the main issue that may be holding you back to take action and work on that.
• We concentrate on the future, rather than the past.
• We only focus on solutions, not on problems.
• We don’t give advice, as we know you have all the answers in you already. We help you find them.
• We may not have specific knowledge of your branch, but we can support you in anything you would like to achieve in your life.

Sounds interesting?

Here are the main differences between Coaching and other professions:
Counselling is primarily concerned with fixing problems by focusing on the past. This is how they get to the root of an issue.
Therapists deal with psychological problems such as panic attacks, phobias, trauma, etc. They use a range of techniques to resolve the issue.
Mentors give advice, and are normally an expert in their field. They are very directional.

That really depends on the course and how much time you spend on it. Some of the courses can take weeks if you go through every step properly and work your way through. But if you are just doing a course and nothing else, it might take you less. Again, it also depends on the course itself.

The Academy cost 49 Euros/month and can be cancelled on a monthly basis.
